This can be found behind the front handle on the lid of all XLOCK models and above the RH cylinder lock protection housing on all cylinder locking boxes. On very early models with ERA locks the number is welded on to the side of the box or stamped on the outside of the lid. PLEASE NOTE UNLESS YOU BOUGHT THE BOX NEW WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU BUY A NEW LOCK COMPLETE WITH KEYS. IF THE LOCK HAS EVER BEEN CHANGED THEN THE KEYS FROM THE BOX SERIAL NUMBER WILL NOT MATCH OUR KEYFILE AND NEW KEYS WILL NOT FIT. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU DO NOT MATCH THE NAME ON OUR REGISTER AS BEING THE ORIGINAL OWNER.
